Begin Research

  1. Choose a topic to research in which probability may affect your life and the lives of other teens. Brainstorm on topics such as gambling and the lottery, carnival games, dreams of becoming a billionaire, or weather events that affect your local area.
  2. After you have select a topic, conduct initial research. Is there sufficient information about probability to create a public service message presentation?
  3. By the end of this class period, choose your final topic.

Enter your observations (what you learned, what you need to learn, etc) in your Daily Learning Logs.
